An 18-unit Mid-Century Modern condominium that needed exterior concrete restoration, waterproofing, and a paint program that respected the original architecture. We brought it back without sanding off the character that made owners buy in.

Mid-Century Modern condos are unforgiving — the proportions, the railings, the exposed concrete edges are all part of why owners love them. We scoped concrete restoration on the balconies and structural elements, layered in waterproofing built to survive South Florida summers, and finished with a paint program that matched the original palette. The board got their building back without losing the look that made it worth saving. Delivered with our restoration partner La Gala Construction (CGC 059211).
